We offer different pricing plans based on your level of usage. To help you choose, we’ve broken them down below. 

In all our plans, you have access to our bank of 3900+ real-life, role-based and gamified questions & exercises. This includes questions and exercises in 60+ programming languages, domains & frameworks and 80+ preset job roles of varying skill levels (Junior, Senior, Expert). Also included are: 

  • Cheating protection to help you ensure a fair test and continue with the right candidates. 
  • Code Playback to give you a better understanding of how a candidate thinks and codes.
  • Candidate Test Report to eliminate manual tedious grading on your end. 
  • Comparative Score to help you quickly and confidently decide who goes to the next round. 
  • Test Wizard to help you easily set up a test, regardless of your tech skills.
  • Insights to help you make sure that your screening tests are well-optimized and you’re getting the most bang for your buck. 
  • Phone, chat and email support to help you within 24 hours max.

PERSONAL Plan (monthly): 

  • Perfect for getting started when you’re looking to hire a developer
  • 1 user 
  • 5 tests/month

The PERSONAL plan costs US$149 per month before taxes. If you need to send more tests than what’s in your plan, you pay for only the number of extra tests ($15/test) that you send. Payments can be made by credit card. If you don’t use all the tests in your plan, don’t stress (no need to find extra candidates just to use up the remaining tests!). As soon as your next billing period starts, your available number of tests will reset so you’ll always be ready to recruit. If you need to add more users, please contact us and we’ll hook you up.

TEAM Plan (monthly/annually): 

  • Best option if you want to involve other colleagues in hiring a few developers
  • 3 users
  • 25 tests/month
  • 10 custom questions in the form of multiple choice questions, text questions, coding exercises or project exercises that you can create using the question editor
  • ATS integration & API access so you can automatically send tests and view reports directly from SmartRecruiters, Greenhouse, Lever, Workable and Taleo* 
  • Custom branding to help you stay on top of your candidates’ minds
  • User-based permissions to help you comply with GDPR and prevent mistakes in your test setups

The TEAM plan costs US$3588 before taxes on the annual plan, saving you 15%, which works out to US$299 per month. Otherwise, you pay US$349 per month before taxes on the monthly plan. If you need to send more tests than what’s in your plan, you pay for only the number of extra tests ($15/test) that you send. Payments can be made by credit card. If you need to add more users, please contact us and we’ll hook you up.

BUSINESS Plan (monthly/annually): 

  • For growing businesses that want to scale with effortless and reliable tech screening tests

  • 50 tests/month
  • Unlimited custom questions in the form of multiple choice questions, text questions, coding exercises or project exercises that you can create using the question editor
  • ATS integration & API access so you can automatically send tests and view reports directly from SmartRecruiters, Greenhouse, Lever, Workable and Taleo* 
  • Custom branding to help you stay on top of your candidates’ minds
  • User-based permissions to help you comply with GDPR and prevent mistakes in your test set ups
  • Single Sign-On (SSO) for Okta, Google Workspace and Microsoft Azure AD so you have one less password to remember

The yearly BUSINESS plan costs US$7188 before taxes on the annual plan, saving you 15%, which works out to US$599 per month. Otherwise, you pay US$699 per month before taxes on the monthly plan. If you need to send more tests than what’s in your plan, you pay for only the number of extra tests ($15/test) that you send. Payments can be made by credit card. ENTERPRISE Plan (monthly/annually):

  • Invoicing option allows you to pay via bank transfer

FAQs

1. I have 5 tests included in my monthly plan. I’ve sent 7. Will I be charged for the two extra tests if I upgrade? 

No way José! Upgrading lets you send more tests so you won’t be charged for the two “extra” tests that you sent. In this case, if you were on a PERSONAL plan and you upgrade to a TEAM plan, the number of tests that you can send changes from 5 to 25.

2. Will I get charged for extra tests that are canceled or expired? 

Nope, you’ll only be charged for extra tests that are pending (haven’t been started or already started) or completed the day of billing. 

3. How long does it take for a test to expire? 

By default, it takes 30 days, but you can change the expiry date as per the instructions here

4. What if I want to limit the number of tests to what’s included in my plan so we don’t pay for extra tests?  

No problemo–get in touch with us and we’ll remove this option.
