Comparative Score

The comparative score is an excellent way to get a bigger idea of your candidate's level. It is calculated in relation to candidates that have been tested in similar or same questions on CodinGame for Work. It adds to the candidate's score that he or she got on your campaign and the obtained ranking. 

The comparative score can be calculated in two different ways:

  • Either, based on other candidates' tests and scores.
  • Or, for new questions for which we have little data, based on the question difficulty.

To see the comparative score, go to your list of candidates and click on one of the names:

The graph in the top right corner represents the candidate's level. Here, for example, the candidate is better than 96% of developers tested on similar or same questions on CodinGame for Work. 

When clicking on the "i", you will get an information box reminding you what it is for :
